What prevention professionals are available to staff the prevention project?
What volunteer resources are available to staff the prevention project?
What skills do you have, and what skills do you lack?
What specialists, technicians, or consultants are available?
How much time can they commit?
What facilities and equipment are needed and available?
What potential funding exists for the effort?
What Federal or State grants are available and appropriate?
What private foundations or corporations are appropriate?
Are there local agencies that can be approached?
Is there pro bono help for legal, accounting, advertising, research design, or evaluation?
Are there in-kind services available for word processing, photoduplication, mail, telephones, Internet service, or computer time?
Can funds be redirected from or combined with those of other programs?
Are prevention service providers, as well as community volunteers, willing to commit additional time to the program effort if funds are limited?
